Community ManagerHaven’t been able to play online H2H since August! Completely unacceptable we have just been forgotten about. We keep cranking out MUT updates and anything to get the player base to spend money but the one free mode we cherish has been legitimately unplayable since August 28th. Completely unacceptable. I just want a refund at this pointEA_Kent please stop acting like you don’t see our cries out for help. What type of business-consumer relationship is this where you advertise a product and the consumer purchases sed product and is unable to use the product how you advertise? And then you guys just ignore the public for months. Come on man i want my money back
