Firstly @deveren96 when posting on AHQ please do so in a polite and constructive manner.

I was not trying to be smug @deveren96 rather I was explaining the situation and why it can be that your 10-hour trial is gone.

As I advised you above @deveren96, as your trial has been used up it's worth speaking with our live support team to see what they can do to assist. It could be the case that if you explain the situation that they may be able to restore the trial.
