The issue you are having is system-based, Origin will never uninstall a file without you doing it. As such it does mean that something on your system is causing it and if you still want to I'm happy to help you try and narrow down the cause.

thank you dear for the help and encouragement, actually i m too frustrated by this. i have i3 8100 cpu,1050ti graphics card,8gb ram 200gb free space in C. i dont know why everything work fine like steam CSGO,PUBG lite,PUBG steam, and everything else is fine, only Apex legend that i want to play is giving me headaches due to origin , by the way help me if you can figure me out in this issue...
further is there any way to play apex legend without origin?

I think I have succesfully fixed the problem. Reading the case of @indiansrk4 I figured that if he reinstalled windows and it still did not work, the problem had to be either his hardware or the origin account itself, so I asked a friend for his account, uninstalled origin (cleaning all data, appdata, program data etc) and reinstalled, then I downloaded the game while logged with my friend's account. It downloaded succesfully. Then I switch back to my account, played a game and got an engine error two minutes into the match: Unknown file version (audio\ship\general english.mstr). I wanted to repair the game, but the last time I did that, origin downloaded the game again, and it got in the loop from 100 to 42 to 100... so I switched back accounts, repaired it (it had to download another 4gb for some reason), played a game to make sure it was running fine and then switch back to my account. I have now played a couple games and it seems to be working fine. TL;DR: install and repair the game using another account.

Have you tried disabling any anti-virus on your system to see if it makes a difference?

I have same problem too, game already download at 100percent and it suddenly go to 44 percent and have to redownload from 44percent, bro u name it i have done everything possible trust me, i play apex since season 4 and now season 6 everything went well untill my gpu broken so i have to replace it with new gpu, i format my pc use ddu installer to remove all old driver, and everything good, every game i can play exept i cant downlod apexx, heere are all method i try fo solve this problem, but still cnnot solve :
btw, my pc spec, ryzen 3 3300x gtx 1660 super 16gb ram asrock b450 steel legend 120ssd adata, 1tb sshd baracuda,
reinstall origin
reinstall apex legends
install apex while off every antivirus firewall
manually add apex and origin to whitelist or exclusion from antivirus
format my pc multiple time with reinsstall clean new windows
try downloading using other internet service provider/ISP
reinstall every vc++ and redownload again
disable every background program such as steam etc.
uninstall every other apps or program i dont use in control panel
run as compatible mode for origin and apex
try multiple solution from youtube which need delete certain file
repair easy anticheat
reinstall easy anticheat
I am so tired bro, please release apex legends on steam ASAP. origin have tons of weird and unsolveable bug and problems, what else can i do for this problem when its alteady downloaded to 100 percent suddenly turn back to 44 percent and its deleting downloded file on its own, like wtf was that bro, at this point i m about to retired from pc and go to console ffs
