Hello @klub13travail.

I do see the screenshot, but I do think it still may help to have an Origin cache clear done. If you're having difficulty clearing the cache, what happens when you try?

    still the same massge like before i ttried the clear chace and i cant find local see the pic

    Hey there, @itayuz1234.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having issues finding the Local folder. The Local folder will be in the %AppData% folder, and you should be able to find it using steps 5-9 in the Origin Cache Clear help article. Clearing the data there will be required in order to do a full clear of your Origin cache.

    Hey there, @itayuz1234.

    When you search for %AppData% in the finder, it defaults to AppData / Roaming. From there, click on the AppData folder in the upper file address bar, what folders do you see? There should only be a couple folders under AppData.
