@Barnney1975 Are you talking about Sims 4? To create a bundle, there needs to be at least one expansion pack, one game pack, and one stuff pack that you don't already own. If this is the case, try going through origin.com. Clear your browser cache or start in a private window, and don't login until prompted.
It is for the Sims 4, I'm new to these forums, sorry. I know hot to create a bundle, there are expansion, game and stuff packs that I don't own, but I can't create a bundle. When I try to create a bundle, I get a message that says "You're quite the collector! Because you own so much content for The Sims 4 already, we can't create a totally new bundle for you at this time. Please check out our individual packs to grab something new."
I'm wondering about the part that says "we can't create a totally new bundle for you right now". Does "right now" mean I will be able to create more bundles in the future?
When I try to create a new bundle in-game, or on Origin, I get that message, when I try to create a bundle in my browser, it opens Origin and shows me the message again. I'll try a private window, thank you!
@Barnney1975 Just so you know, Discover University isn't yet available for bundling, although that should change "soon," now that it's been released worldwide. So if that's the only EP you don't own, then that's why you can't create a new bundle.
If this is not the problem, and a private browser window doesn't help, try a different browser—Chrome and Firefox are good bets.
