    Thanks guys, the YuriScreenResolution tool seems to have worked, epileptic screen flicker when transitioning between menu screens and game screen, but other than that it seems to be working. Having used the screen resolution tool, the third party launcher didn't add any further benefit, so I don't know if also fixes the issue (excluding flicker).
