Half of the post on this forum are for this exact issue. Its seriously unbelievable EA is ok with their customers not being able to play their games. Aside from putting out complete games this should be #1 on your things to make sure you're doing.

I understand the Community Managers are not EA employees but is there some way you can act as a liaison between us, the affected customers, and EA? I'm sure it would put some minds at ease if there was some acknowledgement at some level that EA (maybe their Director of Customer Care) is aware of the issue and either (A) plans to fix it or 🍺 does not plan to fix it and has effectively written us off as customers.

It sure seems like 🍺 has been selected so far.
