Hey @h1tORm155 the issue you are seeing could be due to your account being set as a sub or underage account and as such you will not be able to access the online aspect of many titles.

If your account is a sub or underage account then you will only be able to access certain offline modes: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/give-your-child-access-to-games-on-their-child-account

i have checked and searched throughout my account and it has not said anything about my account being a sub or child account as far as i am aware my account tells me that it is a adult account and the problem i have been and am experiencing has not been solved and as of now i still do not understand why this is still a problem i and many other have to experience
