Sorry for the delay, been mad busy.

The situation is essentially an 'internet cafe'.

There are a few rooms of various machines all installed with the popular games and applications.

Having had a chat with the admin, everything was working just fine, and he didn't change anything.

Everything else is still working except for Origin.  It literally just stopped letting people log in one day.  I was using the installed VPN to watch some media not available in my country and forgot to turn it off when I wanted to play some apex and it let me log in, much to the confusion of other users.
