@Grande_Illusion Do another clean uninstall of Origin, create a new admin user account on your Mac, restart your computer and boot into that account, download a fresh copy of Origin, and install it in the new account. Here's how to do a clean uninstall; the reset tool misses one file that usually doesn't matter, but it's worth removing anyway.
