Hey @SS_Slammu and @ChernoJR, just to note the error you are seeing is one relating to your GPU. The best thing to do is a clean install of your GPU drivers. 

You also need to ensure that you:

• Turn on vsync
• Perform a clean boot before attemting to play the game
• Ensure you have power supply capable of meeting the demands of your hardware while it is under heavy gaming load
• Set all in game graphics settings to low in order to reduce the stress on your GPU.
• Set the high performance preset in your GPU control panel, as opposed to the high quality preset.
• Run your video card at stock speeds (memory and core). This is also important for players with factory overclocked cards. This will require some third party software such as EVGA Precision or MSI Afterburner etc.

Hi,

I was fighting with the same error for almost a month. Did everything including OS reinstall, tested many nvidia drivers. Turned on v-sync, tested options regarding dwm.exe failures. It didn't help.

It turned out, that the problem was caused by xbox pad firmware.

To update firmware on your pad you have to install xbox accessories from microsoft store and update firmware of the pad.

It helped in my case.

i solved by updating the x-series xbox one pad firmware. however you have to fix the crash of the game disconnections. the problem that this game can't hold too many CPU cores, so disabling smt mode from amd's bios shrinks the cores and you can play without disconnections.

I have ryzen 3950x which is 16/32 and deactivating it goes to 16/16.

See if there are 3,000 people who have reported the problem to you since December but you are not listening to us or taking anything.

I understand that you have many things to solve but we at pc are already angry that next year the graphics will remain as they are but we do not want the core bug because otherwise the refund.
