Re: downloads stop

Hey @NodNod666 if the download is stopping at a certain point then it means that something on your system is blocking the download.

I'd recommend taking a look at your system to see what this could be as generally it's firewall or antivirus related but can be caused by other programs or settings.

  • Absolutely everything else on my system downloads no problem. Flawless with Steam, Epic Games, all browser downloads, etc. No antivirus, no firewall. I've even gone ahead and tried a fresh install of Windows and still occurs. Not on my side. I guess you guys just won't be able to help me

  • @NodNod666Same here but with BF5. It says im in offline mode and wont launch. Yesterday all was fine!

  • So I've been doing a lot of digging on the net and tried a lot of solutions that didn't work. I see people have the same problem for upwards of 8 years. Many people have fixed the issue by stopping the origin services client but that didn't fix my issue. I guess I'll have to baby sit every game install. A 26 minutes install time quickly becomes hours if I don't have time to watch and pause and resume over and over again. I had to do it over 40 times in the last gigabyte of BF V this time. Fun...
