@Scoobydooby3 I can confirm that FIFA 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and Madden NFL 19 are now Origin Access/EA Play exclusives (unless you previously purchased any of the titles).
However, some retailers like GameStop and the Humble Store still sell Origin codes (these may be region-locked) for some of these games. The Origin codes sold by these retailers should still work.
You can check the retailers mentioned on https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/where-to-buy-ea-games-v2#trusted and https://isthereanydeal.com/ for vetted, non-gray market retailers (r/GameDeals is also good source for identifying legitimate retailers). While only the retailers mentioned in https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/where-to-buy-ea-games-v2#trusted have EA's seal of approval, the lists of vetted retailers maintained by Sega and Ubisoft might be worth checking against as well, if any of those retailers sell Origin games as well.

Sorry about the misinformation above @Scoobydooby3, when I was looking at them it wasn't allowing me to purchase the games but rather add them to my Origin Access membership.
From what I can see those titles are no longer available for sale on Origin, I'm looking into this at the minute and will share any info I can find with you.
Darko - @EA_Darko So that means that if Origin deletes these game from Origin access they won´t be playble anymore? Or?
- @Cantiras Thank you for extended information. I was pissed yesterday because I was about to buy this or next week and it is NOT possible... And I have a gaming PC so CD/DVD is useless for me!!!
But let me tell you one thing. This is odd they moved all of those games to Origin access only. I would appreciate to do that action gradually. I mean every year just wipe out like one title not all of them! This is so bad. I can´t even... Just you know this year make FIFA 18-21 available next year FIFA 19-22 and so on. I feel so frustrated but at the same time it will change my behavior and I WON´T WAIT SO LONG next time. Could you please look for best deals for these games? Cause I am new and it would take probably hours to get through all the websites and I even don´t know what is trustfull and what is not. Because I saw something yesterday and there were mixed reviews. Big thanks you guys. Wish to have better times with EA.

@Scoobydooby3 I am in the US, so some games on some stores may be available to me that aren't available to you if you live outside the US. E.g. FIFA 15 on GameStop.com states "Downloads to U.S. Addresses Only". EBGames.com.au, EBGames.ca, GameStop.at, GameStop.ch, GameStop.de, GameStop.ie, GameStop.it, and Micromania.fr don't appear to sell Origin codes for FIFA 15. Similarly, GAME.co.uk sells FIFA 15 for PC (it says "buy digital", but I can't find any mention of Origin), but GAME.es doesn't. I have no idea how EA segments its market; Origin might exactly mirror what Steam does in this regard, or it might be slightly different. I would suggest only buying from someplace (e.g. a retailer which services your country) where the game codes are advertised to work.
- @Cantiras I am from Europe but not from those countries (Germany, Austria, France, Swizerland, Italy,...)

@Scoobydooby3 IsThereAnyDeal.com should default to your region. I would check there. If it returns any results for FIFA 15-19 and Madden NFL 19, check those retailers' websites to make sure they sell Origin keys that will work in your country.
The Humble Store sells globally. It is still selling FIFA 19 and Madden NFL 19 Origin codes for the US, so I would check there as well.
I'm assuming that you're not using a VPN.
- @Cantiras I do not know what is VPN.
I assume that anyone mentioned my previous question.
When Origin deletes games from library you can´t get to the games anymore???
I mean can you still play FIFA 14 or not???

- If EA removes a game from Origin Access/EA Play and you were accessing the game via your Origin Access/EA Play subscription (i.e. you hadn't purchased the game), once the game is removed from Origin Access/EA Play, you won't be able to continue playing the game (unless you buy the game).
- If EA removes a game from Origin Access/EA Play, but you previously purchased the game on Origin.com, you will still be able to download and play the game via your library.
- If EA removes a game from sale on Origin.com, but you previously purchased the game on Origin.com, you will still be able to download and play the game via your library.
- If EA removes a game from sale on Origin.com, and after the game's delisting from Origin.com, you buy a legitimate, region-applicable Origin code from a retailer/reseller, you can still redeem that code even though the game is no longer sold on Origin.com, and once you have redeemed the code, you will be able to download and play the game via your library.
- @Cantiras Wow, at least I´d better hurry cause you newer know.
- @Cantiras So I bought a CD key (FIFA 15) and it went successfully! Now I have it in game properties (on Origin). After EA removes FIFA 15 from EA Play I need to redeem the code once again or it stands in the library or? Could u just explain me it? (That was my last queston). Btw thank you guys for helping me today, really appreciate you.

@Scoobydooby3 If you've already redeemed the code and FIFA 15 is in your library, FIFA 15 will remain available to you to download and play. What happens with Origin Access/EA Play is irrelevant for owners of the game. If EA ever removes FIFA 15 from Origin Access/EA Play, you will still own a license to FIFA 15 and can download and play the game.
You won't need to redeem the code again; in fact, you can't. Codes are one-use items. Once you've redeemed a code, it can't be redeemed again.
