Re: My EA Account got permanently banned but I didn't do anything

Hello @Sudeep0127,

We're not able to assist with bans directly here on AHQ.
 
If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute this decision with the Terms of Service team through the link here.
 
  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Click Select contact option.
  6. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

    Oh thanks for the reply. I have performed all the steps that you mentioned but I didn't recieve any email from the team at the time of writing this post. I am basically getting frustrated at this point over something that I haven't even done.

    Do you have any idea how long it will take for them to look up my case? Please🥺

    It's my first ever purchase of an EA game. And I hope that I won't be let down with this decision.

    You won't receive a reply from the team until they've finished with your appeal. I won't be able to give a time-frame for when you'll hear back as it does depend on how many other cases Terms of Service also needs to review currently, but they will be getting back to you on this as quickly as they can.
