Thanks for trying that. If you're not receiving a reset password email to the gmail address, then that email is not registered to an EA account. You must have a different email connected to your EA account. If you can't remember which email that might be, try logging into the EA account on EA help this way: 

• Click Log In at the top of any page on EA Help.
• On the pop-up window that appears, choose to log in with your PlayStation Network account, Xbox Live account, Steam account, Apple ID or Facebook account:
  
• Once you choose, another pop-up will appear for the platform you chose. Log in using your sign-in details for that account.
• If the account you sign into is linked to an EA Account, you’ll now be logged in on EA Help. You can view your account information and make updates in the EA Account Settings portal by clicking Accounts > Change email address.

It doesn't seems to work at all

I don't know why, it is so frustrating

My EA Account is a Hotmail one, and last time when I tried to login to my FIFA22, I want to use my Hotmail email, but then the system says you can't use the Original Main Email

So I use my Gmail one to login for my FIFA22, and now it's stuck, so frustrating

When I login my Hotmail, there's no connected device or account in the profile

And I can't login with my Gmail in EA Website, tried to reset password but EA doesn't or seems can't to send me an Email to my Gmail...

Hi @k31k0ku,

The email on your PSN account doesn't necessarily need to match the email on your EA account. Usually people don't set-up up the PSN account at the same time they set up the EA account so the emails registered to each rarely match up. 

Just to confirm, you were or weren't able to log in with the PSN? If yes, were you able to head to >> My Account <<:  and check under the heading >> 'Connections'<<  to see the PSN ID you used to log in with listed there? 

If not, it's time to contact the support team.
