Yes, I had moved it over to my ssd drive. I will try moving it back to the C drive and see if that fixes it!

@maggie41382, no worries at all! Sometimes Windows just doesn't like stuff being installed on a different drive than where Windows itself is installed on, and that then carries over to Origin. Glad to hear that it's working again now!

@carlie1987, I'm sorry? How do we fix this if it’s on a Mac? I cannot get it to load past “finalizing” even after uninstalling, reloading, deleting cache, etc.

@een502189, hey! Have you tried the Origin reset tool for Mac already?
Im also having trouble on windows, ive tried everything but everytime i click to finalize the download it wont do anything

My game is stuck on "Finalizing" and I've tried everything in that thread the OP posted and everything else I can find online. Nothing works. Mine is installed on my C drive, though.
the reset tool didnt work for me im not sure what do next
