It's unfortunate to hear that you're experiencing this issue.

May I ask if you have installed the game on a separate drive by any chance, other than your C drive?

     Yes, I had moved it over to my ssd drive. I will try moving it back to the C drive and see if that fixes it!

    @maggie41382, no worries at all! Sometimes Windows just doesn't like stuff being installed on a different drive than where Windows itself is installed on, and that then carries over to Origin. Glad to hear that it's working again now!

    How do we fix this if it’s on a Mac? I cannot get it to load past “finalizing” even after uninstalling, reloading, deleting cache, etc.

    Im also having trouble on windows, ive tried everything but everytime i click to finalize the download it wont do anything

    @EA_Leeuw I'm having the same issue. My game is stuck on "Finalizing" and I've tried everything in that thread the OP posted and everything else I can find online. Nothing works. Mine is installed on my C drive, though.
