I also had the skin back when I played in Season 2 and now it's missing from my account. I just started again yesterday. This is frustrating and the fact that this has been an issue since July 2019, really?

Also, all the Prime Gaming skins I've been claiming while away aren't in my account, but the lootboxes are, so weird.
