I encountered from my previous game an looting issues. I can't loot from deathboxes but I can loot items outside death boxes.

Im using Pc Sometimes a players drops a death-box without having items on them.
These you can't open or loot.

Can you be a little more descriptive on what you're actually experiencing with the loot boxes? When a player dies their loot box will appear and you should be able to grab the contents from it. If their whole squad gets eliminated and you grab the last item from their loot box, it should disappear.

I am on pc and I use PS4 controller
- @EA_Blueberry Im using xbox one in ninja controls but when I loot dbs the looting and pinging buttons are the same(A button)

This happens to me every game on psn and I have played over 10 games in a row now and it keeps happening.. it happens in both rank and trios/duos
