What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. trying to run but it glitches when i do

What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to run. i walk normally but i cant run with any guns my character like studders before doing any running. and even with no gun out i still am not able to run like 70% of the time
What should be happening instead? i should be able to move faster
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? no idea
75% of the time when i try and run its like my character is hitting an invisible wall and movement becomes impossible for a second. Sprinting doesnt engage like 75% of the time.
