Re: Can't select any characters

Have you tried using a different controller to verify it's not hardware related? Any way you can submit a recorded clip our way so we can take a look at what's going on visually?

A power cycle might fix this though! If necessary, a reinstall of the game can be worth a shot too.

Power Cycle

1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.
