Always happens when I leave my PS4 I'm rest mode. Very annoying.

@erydzewski55 Can you force refresh the list by going to the title screen?
To do so, press Options, then the touchpad.- @EA_David Yes, the only way to remedy the situations is to close the application and open it again. Otherwise it takes anywhere from 1 to 10 games to refresh on its own.
