Re: No death box appearing after kill

How early in the game were these occurrences? Did they possibly happen right after the person was respawned? Were these people visibly holding items (gun in hand, shield indicated on body when shot, etc.)?  If someone is the last living member of a squad, and they haven't picked up any loot yet, they will not drop a death box as they don't have a banner for their teammates to pick up or any loot that their deathbox will hold.
