Hi, can you try a repair/verify integrity and try again?

On Origin, right-click the game panel to get the repair option. 

If you play on Steam, please take the following steps:

Verify Integrity of Game Files
  1. Restart your computer and launch Steam.
  2. From a game's library page, select Manage > Properties.
  3. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.
  4. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.

  • im on origin, if that matters. I repaired the game , re installed it, you name it. and still getting the same issue

    Ah yes, thank you. Now I re-read the file string the corrupted file won't be in the repairable section, sorry. 

    If you go to C:\Users\yourusername\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex, you can delete the Assets file. Then when you start the game next it should download the corrupted file in question again and get you back in.

    hello i think i have the same problem i tried to repair and verify integrity to no avail i even deleted and redownloaded apex but it keeps giving me the same error code 
    SAVEDG~1/Respawn/Apex/assets/s2/store/dl_store_s21_bund-12-pack_r0yb.rpak
    i could really use some help pls
