Re: Can't Connect EA Account To Nintendo Switch To Play Apex

So, Apex Legends came out on the switch, but I can't log into my account it says "We cannot complete this action at this time. If you need assistance, please reference help.es.com or answers.ea.com. Hopefully this can get fixed soon. ^^

    i am having exactly the same issue, with exactly same message. have EA explained why yet?

    i have spoken to EA, and if you have an account dob with either ea or nintendo, that makes you underage, it wont link. both accounts have to have the same dob and be 16+
