Re: Can't got heirloom shards through 500 after unlock ACE heirloom

Hi, I've reported 3x now that I havent recieved my heirloom shards, I've opened 549 apex packs and was told my account was bugged and to 'buy more packs' by multiple people on EA chat. I didn't purchase the event packs becaue I dodn't want to spend more money on a game where my account is still bugged. I originally reported this in january when I had 522 packs opened. 

I'm just tired of being told I havent opened enough packs because i've counted again and again and had a number of people count for me to make sure I wasn't wrong. 

I've had no response about the bug I reported on here over a week ago and would just like someone to talk to me about it that can actually do something because I'm so frustraited!

I'm now max level in game and below is response from EA and evidence to how many packs I have opened. During season 2 my game bugged and I recieved 24 apex packs, they were included in the bugs & misc section but I removed them because I was told they wouldn't count, even though my friend at the time recieved 48 packs through this bug and got his lifeline heirloom on the opening of his third pack.
