PS5 wired headset mic not working

What happens when the bug occurs? I have a Steelseries Arctic 1 wired headset playing through PS5 platform. My mic is not working at all but does on other applications. Only started to be a problem since 12/12/2020. I have tried both dual shock (with official Sony back button) and dual sense controllers. Can hear everyone but they can’t hear me. No audio icon showing. Headset switch on/off doesn’t make any difference. Check all audio settings in game and on console were correct and allowed. Happens on both London And NY servers. Haven’t tried any others.
What should be happening instead? Should be able to in game communicate
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check driver updates on your servers?
