Check your NVIDIA control panel settings, you may be running with 'half rate adaptive sync', thanks.

    @EA_BarryThere is no such option in my NVIDIA control panel. I have NVIDIA driver version 496.13

    I decided to try forcing Vertical Sync off in NVIDIA control panel but still no difference, always 120Hz in full screen mode. Note that I am getting FPS in excess of 120fps (200+) according to the in-game FPS counter.

    Have U fixed it? The only solution I got is to make it borderrless window
