That error can sometimes point to a connectivity issue. Can we try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help stop it from happening? A good place to start out would be with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website.

@EA_Kent I think it's actually something with my account. When I try it on a different console and a different internet connection, it still does it. However if I sign in as someone else, it doesn't cause that issue.

I've done all the connectivity troubleshooting and I've had this issue since reroll were rolled out.

What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever I try to reroll a daily challenge the game crashes with an error
What should be happening instead? The challenge should reroll
