Hi, I have the same problem, I already try the troubleshooting, but is still not working

Also cannot click ready, and on my ID says "Unknown"

Please help I have 4 days

Have you tried resetting the password on your EA Account to see if that helps? Sometimes that can do the trick with that type of error message.

Hi, that did not solve my problem to be able to play apex Yesterday it was 6 days with this problem and I already did everything on my side with my Internet provider and no network problem was found The game won't let me start it sends me messages Unable to Sign In EA account " "Unable to connect" When I get in, it doesn't load my ID and it won't let me join to play with friends and it won't give "ready" to start a trios / rankeds and duos game.

Have you tried changing to a different DNS in Windows to see if that makes a difference? You can change the DNS through the Windows TCP/IP Settings. You can find more details on how to get there at the Microsoft Support website. 

If you choose the Manual option you can enter a DNS of your choosing. I usually suggest the public Google DNS (Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8; Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4), but I've also heard that using the public Cloudflare DNS (Primary DNS: 1.1.1.1) can also help.

Im playing on ps4 and this bug started to happen at the begging of season 10 and it’s still happening i have no idea what to do and i have to rejoin the lobby to play w my friends or solos. Im ready but i’m still not joining the game this * is driving me crazy

Are you also playing on PS4, or do you play on a different platform? 

I play on PS5 and i also have this bug. After every game i need to create a new lobby, otherwise my squad mates go into a game, and i'm stuck in the lobby not seeing anybody on ''ready''. Really annoying bug wich has been going on for a while now.

Is your PS5 connected via WiFi, or is it using a LAN Cable? If it is using WiFI, would it be possible to try connecting it with a network cable instead to see if you notice a difference?

One thing I've heard that can help with similar issues is setting a static IP address for your PS5. You can set a static IP using the steps below: 

1. Open your PS5 Settings menu.
2. Select Network. 
3. Select View connection status under the Connection status tab.
4. Make a note of the information on the Connection status tab. You'll need this information in a later step. 
5. Go back to the Network screen.
6. On the Settings tab select Set up Internet Connection. 
7. Choose Set up manually. 
8. Select Wi-Fi or LAN depending on what type of connection you're using. 
9. Select Enter manually. 
10. Enter the information you copied earlier in step 4. 
11. Select Done.

It's possible that some of the required ports for Apex Legends might be closed on the network. I see that often with university networks. It might be best to reach out to your school's IT department to see if they can open the required ports. 

The recommended ports for Apex Legends are as follows: 

Apex Legends - PC

• TCP: 1024-1124,3216,9960-9969,18000,18060,18120,27900,28910,29900
• UDP: 1024-1124,18000,29900,37000-40000

Apex Legends - Playstation 4

• TCP: 1024-1124,1935,3216,3478-3480,9960-9969,18000,18060,18120,27900,28910,29900
• UDP: 1024-1124,3074,3478-3479,18000,29900,37000-40000

Apex Legends - Xbox One

Do you know if your school has any other firewall set up on the network? 

I got this same problem and cannot write this problem on my own thread so I start this one again..

When I play with my squad and we are going back to lobby the bug appears when it does I’m the only one with this problem so I have to leave our lobby just to get invited back in and then we can search for next game, this should be fixed easily and u cannot even report this bug on in game

Hello administrator Kent. I am here to inform you that the bug is still existing and i can confirm for everyone that this specific bug effecs people on client side is infact a server host issue. That happened when changes were made to the server during season 10.

To fix this issur is not on the client to fix but in fact there is something that happened when fixing the servers in season 10.
