@Vampyr-ApeX_YT Don't think that's it. For me the buf appeared after the latest patch, I was fine before. And I never get any bonuses regardless of rank unless I win a match. Winning is the only time I get bonuses, every other time nothing.
@BlackholeViperprobably but many player was having the bug before the first patch...
At the begining of season, many players rush master without the bug. More time passes in the season, more players have the bug. I think there is a link between the MMR and rank because it increases while the ranked distribution change. You have bonuses for top 1... Good... i was having too. But after a certain rank, you will have 0 as other player (i actually have 1-3 bonuses in top 1 with 3-4 kills). More i up, more it decrease.
Maybe the patch adjust MMR formula and made it worse but before the patch, it already happen to some players.
For sure, the formula of eliminations bonuses depends of MMR and rank... Respawn dev on reddit say that you need to have "a good level" corresponding with your rank :

Actually, the formula is bad because in 99% of lobby you cant win any point while destroying all the teams...
For example, may be the formula considers that a diamond 1 need to have a "14000 MMR" or dont win any bonuses points while doing kill.
The problem is the game match you with player we dont allow you to have bonuses.
I have the same problem... it doesn't give me points for kills in ranked... I'm from PC
