Re: Rank resetting to Rookie / Users gaining 0 RP

I have been actively playing the new apex season and trying to make my way up in ranked, but for some reason I'm always getting sent back to rookie. I have reached bronze 2 twice and bronze 1 once today and got sent back to rookie 4 every time. This is really taking away the fun because I wanted to reach diamond this season, but I can't even leave bronze. I have played 53 games and won 6 times and killed 84 other players, so there is no way that this is normal because my ranked stats still exist, so I would also like my points back. I will put a picture down below as proof for what I'm claiming. I hope this gets fixed

    I was plat 4 and in between matches I lost points all the way to rookie 1. I’ve played hours and hours grinding for masters and predator spent lots of money on this game can someone please help?

    Are we gonna be reimbursed for the ranked games won in the mean time?

    @0klart and it's not after season reset, its between two games the same day (hour). I was just ranking up, and tried to get bronze 1, and then all of a sudden it says I am rookie 4. I restarted the game, but no change back to bronze.

    I have now been grinding this game for 3 days straight. I have always been high plat/ low diamond  and thought I would be ranked accordingly but since I took a season break it ranked me in rookie 4. I didn't mind because I could get back into the game slowly. The rookie rank right now is the biggest cesspool of everybody from rookie to masters I have ever seen. Never have I played a game where the differential of people playing against each other was so high. The squads that are queueing in this rank are playing easily for masters play. 

    I myself have now gotten glitched back to rookie for 3 times. My Ranked journey is as follows. 

    START: Rookie 4 ------> Bronze 3

    GLITCH: Bronze 3 ------> Rookie 4

    GRIND: Rookie 4 ------> Bronze 1

    GLITCH: Bronze 1 ------> Rookie 4

    GRIND: Rookie 4 ------> Gold 1

    GLITCH Gold 1 ------> Rookie 4

    This is something that is so stupid it is laughable. I have finally found a season where me and my friends can play together, but now they are gold and I am rookie 4 for the third time in a row. This is some of the worst season gameplay I have ever been a part of, whether it is the servers being down for ranked play for 2 hours at a time with no warning, the nemesis being broken and ruining the TDM game mode, or this new glitch. Sorry Respawn/ EA, this is unacceptable.

    This is something that will be known once they've resolved the issue, as the nature of this bug can decide whether or not the previous ranks can be retrieved.
