@xPlaynetx Me too, i can't get pass the continue screen, but i can still click the data center to change the server and accessibility options.

Soo an update on this, make sure your not using the Dx12 Beta as it won't load for you, also if you manage to spam the left click to enter the game it will sometimes let you in if it doesnt close the game and try again, you don't need the vpn for the game to work but it will let you in every time into the game. I found out about this yesterday. I hope this helps to those who are struggling with this.
Having this same problem, I think it's ISP related because I was able to get past the title screen by tethering my phone connection to my pc. But as soon as I switched back to home internet it sent me back to tittle screen. This just started happening with the new season, everything was fine before it.
@YeFr4 Apex ISP related problem been happening since season 18 (the update after horizon heirloom came out) you can see this Thread is also a bug related to ISP, the bug in that thread already fix with the same temporary solution we have now (use another connection like mobile or use VPN). Now we just have to wait for the Dev to notice this thread.
