I had another issue, this time on Broken Moon, early in the match. It lasted around 30 seconds total, then it was normal for the rest of the match. Since I wanted to play ranked, I've decided to not check if the problem appear in the next match too and restarted the game. After restart the issue didn't appear in the next 9 games.

It didn't start the first time (Xbox reported an error with the app, unfortunately I forgot which one), I've started it again, everything was fine. Played two games after that - no issues.
If you want me to do something specific, I'll be happy to help with troubleshooting. Really curious what can be causing this. I have a capture card too if you want a recording of entire match with an issue.
