Nvida Gsync Not Working Season 19

I have a 165Hz Gsync monitor that I have used with Apex for several years. Previously, with Gsync enabled in Nvidia Control Panel and vsync off in game, my in-game frame rate as displayed by the Performance Display would be 158fps. This is the correct fps target for Gsync as it targets several fps below your refresh rate. As of the Season 19 update on October 31st, my fps is uncapped and there is significant screen tearing. This indicates that Gsync is not working with Apex. I have tested my setup in other games, and things are working properly - so this is an Apex issue. I can work around by hard capping my fps in launch options, but this is proven to increase input delay.
