This Windscribe with wireguard worked for me finally. Managed to play for 1.5 hours without a crash. Very odd bug indeed.

Very strange to why do other PC players not have it. What is different in thier internet connection

Apex keeps crashing mid game whenever im connected to a vpn.   When im not on a vpn the game doesnt crash but my ping is 160+ and i have packet loss.  When im connected to a vpn my ping stays around 60 and i have no packet loss.     Open to suggestions... 

I am getting 2-3% packet loss when using Windscribe, has anyone found a solution to this? Happens on all servers. I dont have packet loss when not using Windscribe

I've also been experiencing high latency around 120-150ms and 15-55% packetloss, past 2-3 days, i've reached out to windscribe support and i'm currently waiting for them to reply to my ticket, hopefully they will be able to fix this fast.

@0755CN , i don't think this update has anything to do with what's going on with us, BUT we will see, im currently testing the game to see if the issue is fixed now or not. it would be shame if they didn't fix it in this patch.

Morning, legends! We just pushed a @PlayApex update to address:

- Being unable to spawn on control points in Control (and reenabled this mode)
- An issue using Tridents as Fuse and Rampart
- A crash caused by Stickers
- Some Gun Run matches requiring more than one knife kill

Currently updating as well! hope this solves the crashes (because i recently bought a sticker pack)

ibr I’m losing hope, when you search up apex legends crashing in the forum the first thing that comes up in the search bar is apex legends crashing no error code so I still don’t understand how ea after 5 or 6 weeks now have still not fixed the issue even after Global gave the details in why people are crashing. If the problem isn’t fixed by next season then I’m done with this game cause honestly it’s bugging me a lot now. 

@sinkindeep, @SMFDZ1 , What's truly frustrating is that it has been one month already, and there is still no update on the Trello board or even on Twitter regarding the issue. The last communication we received was two weeks ago.

We did find a temporary solution, and although the game still crashes, the good news is that it now takes 3 hours before crashing, which is much better than the previous 15-minutes.

I sincerely hope they resolve this issue as soon as possible. It's becoming increasingly frustrating to waste money on unstable VPNs that sometimes lags.

I really hope EA understands the impact of these continuous crashes on their users. Getting more communication from them would be immensely valuable, providing us with a sense of relief, knowing they are actively working on resolving the issues.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide updates on the crashing with no error messages and keep the community informed. It has been a month since the issue was reported.

We would be reassured by receiving regular updates, as it would bring us relief knowing that your team is diligently working on resolving the issue, We do have a concern that the team might mistakenly perceive it as an issue on users' end rather than originating from EA's side. Which is why we are asking for communication.

We are curious to know if your team has been able to identify the cause of the crash bug that some users have been experiencing after the mid-season update.

@GlobalShockisnt it obvious that the problem originates from the dressed to kill update, and is coming from some of the bug 'fixes'.
maybe either one of these 2:
Fixed occasional client crash when exiting an IMC armory
Fixed occasional crash when changing legends while emoting as Ballistic in firing range

also it's ever so evident that it's due to the servers kicking out certain isp's and keeping others, as 5 of the ppl ik who use the same isp have this issue where the only person ik doesnt has a different isp.

does crash issue fixed?..my apex still crashing today..its been a month happen =(

no it did not, they are really taking the life out of me with this 

The best fix for now is following globalshock's fix by using vpn. I've been getting some ping spikes and packet losses tho. Either that or trying another isp if u have more than 1 available.

It's time to verify the update.😃

@0755CNThere is no hope, I just played a game to see how the event works in-game and the game guess what ? Crashed. =D

@sinkindeep  It's hard to tell what's causing this issue, but i will be testing few things tonight to see what exactly fixes the crashes besides a VPN.

I tried everything possible to fix the crashing issue and had technical support run every possible test to see the issue and continue to occur on both steam and origin. The issue must be with certain accounts cause not everyone is crashing or has this issue. 

Did we get softban becuase we are bad at the game ? 😃
