What happens when the bug occurs? In Apex Legends on or around 4/26/2022, I purchased the Horizon skin "Rising Storm" from the Apex Legends Store without issue. For weeks after I purchased this skin, I could use it without any issues. Now that I've recently started playing again, I've noticed that this skin, in particular, is gone from my account. I've checked other content but haven't noticed anything else missing.
What should be happening instead? The skin should be available in my account like it was previously.

On or around 4/26/2022, I purchased the Horizon skin "Rising Storm" from the Apex Legends Store without any issue. For weeks after I purchased this skin, I could use it in-game without any problems. A few months after purchasing, I took a break from Apex. After the season 16 launch, I started playing Apex again and noticed this problem. This Horizon skin, in particular, has vanished from my account. I've checked other content but noticed nothing else missing besides this single skin. Given my recent break from Apex, I have no idea when this issue originally happened. I'm currently playing on PC through Steam, but when I purchased this skin, I was using the Origin/EA App on PC.
Before anyone asks, this is the only Apex account I have ever used, so it's not possible that I'm using the wrong account. Plus, my content dating back to Season 2 is present and accounted for. Also, I have clips of me wearing this skin on this particular account. Additionally, Sumit, my EA Help Agent, looked through my account and said he believes I am correct; this is a bug.
Any ideas on how I get this fixed? Has anyone heard of this occurring before? I wasn't able to find any helpful guidance. Thanks! 😊
