Game Stuck unable to play after Quads Match

After my last quads match the game finished when I disconnected/team wiped and the match summary opened as per usual. However, when I pushed space/esc to continue through the match summary my game immediately crashed. I re launched and my game opened back up right back to the first match summary screen. Again i push space to continue and my game instantly crashes. I restarted pc, checked for updates on apex, and verified my files on steam. I relaunch and every time i open up to the first part of the match summary to this quads match. I continue through the UI and crash immediately. During the quads match i believe two of my teamates were completely afk the whole time. Not sure if this is relevant. I'm currently unable to play as I cannot get passed this match summary screen to get back to the main menu and re que. When I launch the game it opens up to the main menu and I can select my server etc.. but when i start the game i open back up to the same match summary for my quads match and crash after pressing space to continue.
