What happens when the bug occurs? After loading into the next game ( after one mixtape game ), i, along side my squadmate Kingraven2627, noticed we had lost our ranked badges ( they where missing from our banners ) we went into our banner customizations and all our ranked rewards from previous seasons where removed e.g. My season 12 Platinum rank badge was changed to a Bronze badge and Kingraven2627's season 12 Gold badge was changed to a Bronze badge too. As well as this, Kingraven2627 has explained he has lost ALL of his previous ranked badges from every season ( however i cannot provide proof of this )
What should be happening instead? we should have our badges

In the first screenshot you can see my season 12 badge ( which was platinum ) has been changed into bronze, in the second screenshot you can see i still have the holospray reward for hitting platinum in season 12 ( proof i had it )
