Hi i got removed badges after todays update from season 11, 12, 13, 14 i had diamond and now i have bronze. And also i got  restarted challanges for Fuse, Rampart, Seer i have it done all (3/6) and now have it restarted. 

Talismans are in place.

After this update i lost all of my previous ranked badges, any help please?

I just updated my apex for the new event and when i got into the lobby i got new badges, as i checked, i have lost 13 our of 15 master badges?

what is this about and why have i lost my hard work badges ☹️ ☹️

my double split predator badge lost? Reached the support and the support just saying they will contact the team? Anyone can fix the issue for me????

Mine is missing too my master badges ☹️ and all replaced with bronze badges.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you go on my account rey_skywalker_1 you can see true out the ranked seasons on my acc that I did get master/lower but all my badges are bronze

I recently returned to the game and most my Ranked badges have been reset. I reached Masters in Season 10 and Season 17. My season 17 badge remains but seasons 4-9 have all reset to Bronze when they should be diamond (and as stated Masters in season 10). From Season 16, they seem to be correct. These were gained on Xbox, my primary account is Xbox. I accepted the cross progression on my xbox

Hello everyone, so I noticed that my diamond badges that I worked so hard to earn from the seasons pre rank system change have all turned to bronze? how do I get my badges back? please halp

How can I open another case with EA. I was told my last issue was resolved but when I log in, I'm still missing at most 13 ranked badges with SEASON 2 and 3 pred. On season 2 of ranked it has the red icon for a new badge but it's still diamond, my season 3 ranked is platinum, and seasons 4 - 14 are reset to BRONZE. I can't even resume my case although there is a link to do so because when I click on it, I keep getting re-routed to different topics but nothing further.

All my badges are gone that i have earned, and bought 5 shadow society packs, was only able to open 2 of them and the other 3 disappeared

Good afternoon, after the update, the awards of previous seasons have disappeared, as well as the progress with the discovery of characters

2 master badges went bronze and it's been a bit now. 

They dropped the rating ranks for the previous season. Nothing has changed since the patch... They didn't even give compensation... I'll attach a screenshot.

After the Shadow Society Event dropped all of my Breakout Legend Challenges for Seer, Fuse, and Rampart had been reset. I really don't want to have to do them again. They were tedious and on legends I don't really enjoy playing. 

Also along with my Breakout Legend Challenges being reset my Rank Badges from Season 4-14 have been lost. I am missing multiple Masters and Diamond badges. They have all been set to Bronze even though my stats from those seasons show that I achieved those ranks.

I don't know how this happen, but when the last season arrives the badges don't appear more 

@EA_Mako @EA_Mari with the split being pushed off until who knows when will we have to continue to play ? You guys realize there's accounts that have been reset.  Some of my friends were in top 750 and dropped out of top 750 because of this issue ? Or is the end date of the split the ranking you will receive. 

I posted it in Japanese earlier, so I'll repost it.

When I logged in to APEX on 04.04.2024, my past rank badges disappeared (the Season 17 badge was not the original rank badge).
This is despite EA saying yesterday that you won't lose any progress or content if you log in.
Do you know when a repair will be done regarding this?

Okay so long story short whenever I go to my Legends and click on badges the badges are incorrect the seasons are out of line I've got a master's badge and I've never earned a master's badge I'm missing two Platinum badges that I earned and several silver and gold badges that I'm missing what's going on did they exchange the XP for a master's badge or is it an actual mess up
