I have no clue what I selected as an age, it used to let me play with friends back when I first downloaded the game, i first download nba live mobile back in 2017 and I’ve switched between multiple devices since then, I’ve deleted and re downloaded the game so many times, is there a way u can change the age thing or u can make it ask me again? And also my ea account says I’m over 18

Community ManagerAlthough the EA account could be over 18, if the age in game is selected below a legal threshold, the social features will be blocked. The option to change the age will be available each season. We unfortunately cannot make any changes to the age once selected.

This recent season I didn’t get the option to select an age though. But when will the next season be out?

Community ManagerIt could potentially be a bug fixed through app troubleshooting. Have you tried checking the device for updates and re-installed the game once more?

This problem has been happening for well over a year now and I’ve tried on over 5 devices including tablets and phones, but currently I don’t have another device to try it on but I’m certain it isn’t device specific, but when this problem first started it would let me play my friends that were in my league, I would get them in my league- tap in there name and it would let me play them like that, but it dosent give me the option to do that anymore

I was able to track this down from up top and this is considered a Facebook restriction per the screenshot you originally sent. You may want to check the privacy settings you have enabled for that account.

That’s the thing, I’ve went on Facebook multiple times and checked to see if there were any settings blocking me from playing with anyone else, and there isn’t, I even use Facebook to play with people on other games like basketball stars

Also I just finished a showdown match and this happened. I lost 28-29 to this team. On my turn I won 15-8 and on his turn he won 21-13. As u can see his team is significantly lower in skill than mine and yet he was able to demolish my team with 21pts. Not only that but u can see he beat me by 1pt, so it's as if the game was made easier for him so he could get the right amount of pts to beat me. I can tell this match was clearly rigged and I have noticed this a number of times. What's the point of getting good, highly rated players if the game is going to interfere by giving my opponent a higher advantage. And why is the game favoring 1 user over another.

Community ManagerThis definitely happens a lot. Not an upset. I've noticed this game likes to make it harder by limiting the number of games you win. So certain showdown games will be rigged against you. I've noticed the game literally forcing you to lose. For example I've played multiple games where an opposing player with 80 or 76 shooting will make multiple shots with 2guys covering him even against players with elite defense skill. And in that same game one of my guys who may have 90 or 93 shot will miss easy open shots, or will get the ball stolen from him multiple times with 90 something dribble when the other guy isnt even that good a defensive player. It's pretty clear that nba live rigs games against you.
Notice how conveniently the game allowed my opponent to score 21pts in a single showdown match because that's the exact number of points he needed to beat me. Considering how rare and hard it is to score 20+ points on a single showdown turn, and considering how my opponent's players weren't even that highly rated it is clear the match was made easier for him.
I really dont understand why EA thinks this is ok. The whole point of getting highly rated players is to perform better. Nba live should let the players play rather than interfering and giving certain players advantages
