As ive posted on another category of threads: technical issues, Ive done numerous things said here, such as uninstalling and reinstalling app, changing language from system to english, loggin out and signing back in, opting out and opting in from all the 3 ads settings, etc. Can the devs fix this permanently?

We're getting a lot of replies and other threads on this so I'm not sure if you saw my other response in my other thread but the team is working to address this as soon as possible. We appreciate you all hanging in there and hopefully all of us can find these workarounds useful until it's fully addressed. 👍

Not me it's Friday May 8th and I still have no ads at all for 3 weeks now and no response from anyone I've asked EA help or anyone

Another problem you all have is you come here telling everyone how to fix the problem and EA is seeing it all. Sooo they patch it.... if f2p you're not wanted. You give them no money so they don't like you. Expect the worst from these game companies,you will get the worst. Think about it. How can you make a game and never make it right. On purpose. 

@EA_Blueberry  Cant the devs fix this problem immediately? It is known that in the recent update, these bugs started appearing, atleast for me. And now I actually got it to work after 1 week, and now theyre gone again. If the devs cant fix this, can they atleast send out grants for the monthly master elite tokens, I dont mind the Blockbusters, but the monthly master is something I really needed.

@EA_Blueberry  My patience is wearing thin. This game is based around on paying for stuff or watching for stuff, and if I cant do atleast one of them, I get behind on events. I know you have already said that yall are workin hard to fix this, but it is known that this bug started appearing on the recent update, atleast for me. So if yall cant cant fix this immediately (Ive been waiting for 2 weeks), just send out grants for the monthly master atleast, I dont mind the Blockbusters, but the monthly masters and Staminas are really a necessity.

Going to mirror my response just a moment ago from this thread. No confirmation on grants or compensation but we'll raise it up to the team how this is impacting users in regards to making progress for current campaigns.

We appreciate you all hanging in there and we know it can be hard to be told to wait this out, but please do so while the team is aware of this impact on your events and working to fix it as soon as possible.

Its not making me log out and log back in to watch vids gor stamina. and it used to ever time i started the game  before .so thats a good sign. Thanks

Update from the NBA Live Mobile team via their Twitter:

ADS UPDATE: We have released a patch to resolve the issues you may have been seeing in NBALM. You will want to update to the latest version to ensure you have the fixes. This may take some time to populate across all app stores.

The latest patch didn't fix anything, it's just blocked the work around. 

Right. Before I can use workaround with changing languages, after "patch" workaround is not working anymore and I am definitively without ads so without stuff. 

Guyz from EA, until you are able to realy fix the feature, should be disabled for all ... (disabled ads for all)

Not working at all for me after update either.  SMH.

Its working for me now. So far. 

@EA_Blueberry Update: When the update went out, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Played the game straight away after resetting my advertising id, and went playing the monthly masters. A couple of minutes later, it works, I can watch ads. Later on, it just disappeared, and then back again I can't watch ads. Next day, unistalled and reinstalled again, worked again and got watch every single ad I needed, and then disappeared again saying: "Ads unavailable". Today, unistalled and reinstalled mulitple times, nothing. I resetted my ad id mulitple times, nothing. So back to the same spot I was before the patch. Seems like all that waiting for a response from EA was in vain, as I expected.  smh.. 

@FrameFraggerI agree with this player, some people are taking advantage with ad system, how come we can't?

This is what i found in game. The steps of reset advertising Id, change language and relogin the game is work. We may able to watch ads and get reward.

However, the ads is not refresh immediate after 24 hrs and It always delay 10-20mins. For example if today u watched ads at 7.00pm. The next day ads will refresh after 7.10pm-7.30pm. Then 7.20pm-7.40pm on the next day. the same example, if ur ads already refresh at 7.20pm. But u watched it at 8.00pm, then the next day ads refresh will be at 8.10pm-8.20pm. It means the ads refresh  is based on 24 hrs and delay another 10-20 mins after u watched. If this keep repeating,  Evntually We will lose one day of ad rewards due to such delay. 

Everything was fine for the last couple of days but now i cant see ads again wtf

Im going to start looking for another game to put my time and money into this is more fustrating than fun. Ivfeel like igecwaisted all the time ive put into this game thanks .

The team implemented a fix last week that should have this addressed for everyone. If you're still experiencing issues with ads, please check to make sure your device has the latest software update and consider reinstalling the app. If you play on GUEST mode, progress will be lost upon reinstalling. 

If you continue to have issues with ads after these steps above, please let us know which specific ads you're having trouble with. Keep in mind that some ads will not refresh for 24 hours.

Was able to watch ads yesterday but can't do anything since this morning. Tried all the solutions that were suggested and I haven't been able to get anything to work.

The Free ads is refreshed daily now without performing any extra steps such as resetting ads ID, change language or relogin the game... thats good..

But the free ads is not refreshed according to in game count down timer. it is based on 24 hours at the time u watched in previous day. This happened to me, If i watched free ads at 10pm today, the free ads will refreshed after 10pm on the following day (average delay another more 10 mins at 10.10pm). Even thought the in game count down timer is always set at 7pm daily. U will find today/s ads refreshed is always later than yesterday.  Unless u are always punctual to watch them. or else u missed 5 mins today then will be delay 15 mins for the next day. Then eventually u will missed out 1 day of free ads.

Those free ads count down timer is serving no purpose at all....
