If you believe someone may be accessing your account, please reach out to our Game Advisors at EA Help, who can look into the issue with you. They will be able to lock down your account if anyone else has been accessing it.

Additionally, if you have Login Verification active, please check your Trusted Device List on the Security tab of https://profile.ea.com to see if anything looks out of the ordinary.
