@naushad777  My sincere advice...buy Ubisoft games from their own shop and use uPlay. First and foremost, Ubi is notorious for the lack of support on other clients than their own's. You can check that both here and on Steam and you will find many upset people because of that. You will also be forced to use TWO clients instead of one ( Steam/uPlay, Origin/uPlay). At least when buying directly from their shop you will have better tech support and you will use only one client.

And for the why a Ubisoft game is not in the Origin shop, that is a question that should be asked on the Ubi forums. They are the ones developing and publishing the game, so they are in the best position to answer to that question. If they've decided to abandon sales through the Origin or not, that is something that only Ubi can tell.
