@chiarall099  EA generally uses your local currency, and this should be no exception.  Currently in the U.S., expansion packs are on sale for $20 with the exception of High School Years ($25) and Growing Together ($40, regular price).  Game packs are $14 or $15, and stuff packs are less.  So there's nothing priced at $30 U.S., which means that what you're seeing is almost certainly the AUD price.
