Hey @NoWayOutOfHere, I'm happy to pass your feedback on to the team but as it currently stands the way help.ea.com is showing cases is working as intended. Once you submit a case you will not be able to see the contents of the case or what our team is doing in relation to your case. If unsure as to what you included in your case then you can open a new case and speak with our live support team who will be happy to assist. 

Our team will email you the outcome of their investigation into your issue once the investigation has been completed.

I'm going to lock this thread as there is nothing more that we can do to assist you in relation to how cases work on AHQ.
