Could you please try the steps below:
Getting extremely slow speeds too from origin , ive got 100mbs with ookla speed test and 4mbs download speed from origin never had this problem with steam or any other client. I have tried every solution from every thread here and still no help.
I've done all of this and it's still not working, checked my download speed and its 51 mbps , tring to download in safe and admin

Yep, same as everyone else. Starts up, then slowly goes to 0. Pretty pathetic that EA has us trying to reboot, restart our router, etc. Nothing else has this problem. Only your app.
In August 2021, the Run as Administrator worked for me. - RD

This is not a fix and it is 2022. Just lost all chances of me purchasing Battlefield 2042 due to a 7 year old issue. EA should have scrapped the origin application a long time ago.
