ランクリセットバグ修正完了後のランクについて

What happens when the bug occurs? ランクリセットバグ前はプラチナ1の半分だったが、ランクリセットバグ後ゴールド3に降格。その後修正完了報告があったがゴールド3のままである。発生した事によりApexに使ってきた時間が無駄であったこと直ってないということにより運営への信頼の失望。
What should be happening instead? ランクをプラチナ1に修正するべき。
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 私自身では不可能。運営のミスなためそちらで対処すべき。
スクショ等は無い。そちらでデーターが残っているはずだ。バグが起きてしまったのはそちらの原因、責任を持って対応していただきたい。
