@StykxTV Well, by evaluating how many people with AMD vs NVIDIA here on the forum, reddit and elsewhere. And if it comes to previous seasons, back then AMD was less buggy, but those were other versions of the drivers compared to current ones in conjuction with previous Apex versions (Apex code vs driver code). Like libraries, newer apps might not work with previous library version. My point is, as the technology progresses, some distributers (graphical hardware/software) have less progress than others. Sometimes there's no easy fix, but to change hardware, etc. Given my personal experience wih different hardware, and it's performance, that's how I formulated my opinion. In the end, we all depend on what is provided to us.
One other thing to note is, there are many different types of devices, different configurations out there. In order for Apex to accomodate them all, it would have to be provided with system and configuration data of all users to work with. And given the privacy laws, they can't just pull it from someones device without their consent, unless all are willing to do so, and thus Apex might not be aware of the problems that might arise.

Still no update nor reply from the developer, and now the problem escalated, many AMD users are reporting that their whole pc freeze and had to restart. Those who play in ranked got match abandon penalty,
They REALLY should address this issue more seriously, and at least give feedback or answer about the issue getting handle or taking care of to ease our worries.
Imho the problem isn't solely on the technology, rather on the one developing them for the mases, I can't blame my trusted GPU thats been with me for 5 years now for the sudden error and freeze.
Just hope they respond.
