When did you first get this?
It's possible this is due to local file damage, can you try a repair (or a verify integrity on Steam) and see if that helps?

the issue is still there after doing all of : reinstalling win 11. switching back to win 10 reinstalling the GPU driver from device manger and Geforce application doing the repair button on Geforce application reinstalling the game repairing the game checking for all driver updates removing the game from steam and installing it from EA repairing the game from EA -------------- after all that the issue is the same and the error is the same 0x887A0006 -DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG
PS. Some youtube channel suggested to do a TdrLevel reg file "DWORD-32" and set it to 0 but a friend of mine said it too risky and might shorten my GPU life-span.
