100 cpu usage by game since season 9 genesis update

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. when loading game its starts and stays same for like 10mins
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. when launch game

When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) since 9.1 update (genesis update)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? when launch game cpu goes 100% for 5/10mins - if map changes it goes from normal to 100% - if i change mode BR/DUO/TRIOS/RANKED/ARENA - it goes 100% again but changing to firing range stays normal if cpu is already normal state. pls can we fix this * already? or i m sure respawn will fix this problem if imperialhal or shiv will get this problem.
What should be happening instead? game should load fine
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure if there is anything i can help more i will
please fix this issue for now its 3 months or more , really wish it was imperialhal or shivfps with this problem then respawn hv fixed this from beginning.
